The Boys Of Summer Sign With Authentik Artists

We are proud to announce that The Boys Of Summer have signed with Authentik Artists! We will be releasing their new LP entitled What It’s All About on June 15th through most digital retailers including iTunes and Amazon MP3. The band features ex-members of That Was Something (Authentik) and recently produced this new LP with vocalist Jon-Paul Bakaric over the past few months.

TBOS has posted 2 new songs from the LP on Myspace including “Things In Twos” and “Night Light”, check it out if you’re fans of groups like Angels and Airwaves, Jimmy Eat World and Mayday Parade.

We are very proud to announce today that we have signed with some very good friends of ours over at Authentik Artists. They will be releasing our debut full length album on June 15th, and it will be titled “What Its All About” you guys can head over to our online store and pre order that record as well. That Was Something members form new band

A majority of the former members of That Was Something have now officially launched their new band called The Boys of Summer! Go check out their Myspace page to hear some new material and stay updated on the latest happenings. The band will still be playing material from TWS including the song “She Is The West Coast” which can be heard on the hit iPhone game Tap Tap Revenge 2!

That Was Something have decided to call it a day, however this is just the begining for most of the TWS members. It’s been a very exciting experience working with the guys on what is now their final release as That Was Something.
